This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer concerning digital products purchased through https://nopedu.com.
The Agreement is governed by the applicable provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation and other applicable legislation.

3. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the electronic sale and delivery of NopCommerce plugins, themes, software licenses and related downloadable digital products ordered by the Buyer through https://nopedu.com.
This Agreement establishes the rights and obligations of the parties concerning:
Product characteristics.
Digital delivery.
Payment.
Licensing.
Installation and compatibility.
Cancellation and withdrawal.
Refunds.
Technical support.
Personal data processing.
Dispute resolution.
4. Product and Order Information
The essential characteristics, version compatibility, license conditions and price of each product are displayed on the applicable product page and checkout page.

5. Formation of the Agreement
Before completing the order, the Buyer confirms that the Buyer has reviewed:
The identity and contact information of the Seller.
The main characteristics of the product.
The supported NopCommerce versions.
The applicable license conditions.
The total price and applicable taxes.
The payment method.
The digital delivery method.
The cancellation and refund conditions.
The right of withdrawal and applicable digital-content exceptions.
The Privacy Policy.
The Digital Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
The Agreement becomes effective when the Buyer confirms the order and the payment transaction is successfully completed or authorized.
A copy of the order and relevant contractual information may be provided through the Buyer’s account, email or another permanent data storage method.
6. Payment
The Buyer must pay the total order amount using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Payments may be processed by iyzico, banks and other authorized payment service providers.
NopEdu does not store complete payment card information.
The Seller may suspend or cancel an order where:
Payment has not been authorized.
The transaction is canceled or reversed.
The transaction is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.
The Buyer provides materially incorrect information.
Additional legally required payment verification cannot be completed.
7. Digital Delivery
All products sold through NopEdu are delivered electronically. No physical shipment is provided.
Delivery may occur through:
A download link on the Website.
The customer account’s download section.
A link sent by email.
A software license key.
License activation linked to the customer’s account or domain.
Delivery normally begins after successful payment confirmation.
Where automatic delivery is unavailable or an order requires manual verification, access will normally be provided within 1 business day.
8. Buyer’s Technical Responsibilities
Before purchasing, the Buyer must review the product page and confirm:
The required NopCommerce version.
The required .NET version.
The server and hosting requirements.
Required dependencies.
License restrictions.
Included support and update periods.
The Buyer is responsible for maintaining an appropriate environment and creating backups before installing a plugin or theme.
The Buyer should test installation changes in a development or staging environment before applying them to a live production Website.
The Seller is not responsible for loss caused solely by:
Failure to maintain backups.
Installation on an unsupported environment.
Unauthorized source-code modifications.
Third-party plugin conflicts.
Incorrect server configuration.
Failure to follow installation documentation.
This provision does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
9. License
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the Buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased product according to the license terms supplied with the product.
The Buyer may not, except where expressly permitted:
Resell the product.
Redistribute product files.
Publish the source code or downloadable files.
Share a license key with unauthorized parties.
Remove license or copyright notices.
Use the product on more Websites or domains than permitted by the purchased license.
Claim ownership of the product.
Use the product in violation of applicable law.
Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with NopEdu or the relevant rights holder.
10. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer generally has a statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
The products sold by NopEdu are electronically delivered digital content.
Where the Buyer:
Provides prior approval for digital delivery to begin before the ordinary withdrawal period expires; and
Acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost once digital delivery or performance begins,
the right of withdrawal may cease after:
The product becomes available for download.
The product is downloaded or accessed.
A license is issued or activated.
Digital performance otherwise begins.
This exception will only apply where all requirements of applicable law have been satisfied.
Where delivery has not begun and no license has been issued or activated, the Buyer may submit a cancellation request to info@iyssoft.com.
11. Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Products
A digital product may be considered defective or non-conforming where it materially fails to provide the functionality expressly stated on the product page under a supported environment.
The Buyer should notify the Seller of a problem and provide reasonable technical information necessary for investigation.
Depending on the nature of the problem and applicable law, the Seller may:
Provide installation or configuration assistance.
Supply a corrected file or update.
Repair the defect.
Replace the product.
Provide a price reduction.
Cancel the transaction and issue a refund.
The appropriate resolution will depend on the specific circumstances and mandatory consumer rights.
12. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted to info@iyssoft.com and should include:
The Buyer’s name.
The order number.
The product name.
A description of the reason.
Relevant technical information, logs or screenshots.
Approved refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method.
When a full refund is issued, the Buyer’s license and download rights may be canceled. The Buyer must stop using and delete all copies of the refunded product.

13. Seller’s Obligations
The Seller agrees to:
Provide products with the characteristics stated on the relevant product page.
Provide the Buyer with legally required pre-contractual information.
Deliver purchased digital content electronically.
Process valid complaints and refund requests.
Protect personal data in accordance with applicable law.
Maintain transaction and accounting records for applicable legal periods.
Provide included support in accordance with the stated support conditions.
14. Buyer’s Obligations
The Buyer agrees to:
Provide complete and accurate order information.
Pay the total order price.
Review compatibility and licensing information.
Protect account and license credentials.
Use the product within the purchased license scope.
Avoid unauthorized copying, resale or redistribution.
Provide reasonable diagnostic information when requesting technical support.

16. Intellectual Property
Plugins, themes, source code, documentation, graphics and other materials supplied through NopEdu are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. It grants only the usage rights stated in the applicable license.
Unauthorized reproduction, publication, resale, transfer or distribution may result in license termination and legal action.
17. Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters.
War or civil disturbance.
Government restrictions.
Widespread internet or infrastructure failures.
Payment system interruptions.
Cyberattacks not caused by a party’s failure to take reasonable precautions.
Other legally recognized force majeure events.
The affected party will inform the other party where reasonably possible.
18. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee, Consumer Court or other authorized authority under the monetary limits and jurisdictional rules applicable on the date of the application.
Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
19. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights granted to the Buyer.
20. Effective Date and Electronic Acceptance
This Agreement is concluded electronically in relation to order number {{OrderNumber}} on {{OrderDate}}.
By completing the order, the Buyer confirms that:
The Buyer has reviewed the product characteristics.
The Buyer understands that the order creates a payment obligation.
The Buyer has read and accepted this Agreement.

The Buyer has been informed about the right of withdrawal.
Where separately selected, the Buyer requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges the applicable effect on the right of withdrawal.
